The bed is lovely and it fits perfectly in the bedroom. The men installed it, constructed it, and were very polite and efficient.

I bought this bed in 2014 and we expected it would outlive us. However, the beam has cracked completely at the headboard side of the bed. The same bed sold now has a 10 year guarantee but only a 6 year guarantee when we bought this. Customer Services have stated that they can’t do anything for us which is disappointing.

We have had this bed for a couple of months now and it does what it says on the tin. It appears well.made and the delivery drivers arrived on time and put it together in about 20 minutes.

Great bed. Fits in well with our furniture and very comfortable with the M&S mattress (see separate review). Also delivered and assembled in the room.

Looks easy enough to assemble. Unfortunately when our bed arrived the foot of the bed was broken. So we had to return the whole bed and wait for replacement bed. Although instructions were given it was not as easy to align the brackets. Once completed it is a good looking bed

Brought the bed to complete the set of bedroom furniture bought over the last few years. Absolutely delighted with the standard of the furniture and it looks lovely in our newly decorated bedroom. The only downside was that we had to make it up ourself. All our previous pieces were delivered by M&S and put together by the men delivering the product. As my husband works away, I had to wait until he returned to make it up. Disappointed customer service as I would have paid a little extra to have had it made up by the lovely man who delivered it. Time to rethink the excellent service we always came to expect from a company like M&S.
