The most beautiful wood colour. Feels heavy and well made. The drawers are a little stiff but that’s because it’s made of solid wood. It’s got a really lovely scandi, minimalism vibe. So happy with it!

Beautiful piece of furniture. Well made and heavy. The draws are massive – something that other stores seem to be doing the opposite – making drawers smaller and smaller. The only slight annoyance is the men did not attach the legs for me and I can’t do it. However, I have decided not to bother with the legs as it looks great without them. All drawers glide open easily. Very pleased.

The process from the point of order to delivery was seamless. Within 24 hours we were contacted and chose a delivery day four days after placing the order. The delivery arrived slightly earlier than the allotted time which suited us, and the delivery team couldn’t have been more polite and helpful and the quality of the unit exceeded our expectations. Well done Marks Spencer, if we could have given you six starts we would have.

I was disappointed with this chest. It looks nice but the drawers only come out about halfway which is fiddly. It was very difficult to get the legs on. The delivery service was not up to what I would expect from M&S. If I had actually seen it in the shop I wouldn’t have bought it.
