We thought we’d take advantage of the mattress sale recently as our previous extra firm orthopaedic matress was a mistake purchase, and having osteoarthritis needed something a bit kinder to support us and so decided upon this medium natural mattress. So far can say it’s comfortable, well made and lighter to manoeuvre and turn on a frequent basis as recommended. Returned mattress as was delivered in dirty packaging which contaminated mattress. Refund was not done automatically had to chase. M&S systems and partners not reliable as once was.
