Three drawers are arranged in a single column, with a flat surface above and a stylish curve between the front legs. Each draw features two round knobs. Bought the Hastings dressing table and 6 drawer chest in 2022, wanted to add more but struggled as was ‘no longer available’ for quite a while. Pleased to find back in stock but quality definitely not as good. Drawers not as smooth to open, and big gaps around when closed. Assume different manufacturers. Made in Vietnam.

Don’t even think about buying this product, we had two delivered and both had major defects. We cancelled the order after the second one. Its was really disappointing as we had bought the same product a few years back and were happy with it. Whoever is making this needs to step up their quality control. M&S need to have a rethink about this supplier also.

Tacky, cheap looking and when we tried to return with 2 other items the service went shockingly bad. Worst customer experience ever, complete shambles. Beware M&S don’t supply this furniture, it come via a third party and M&S are quick to wash their hands of it if there’s a complaint/return. Avoid like the plague.

Drawers were bought for spare bedroom. Nice drawers but were lots of damage to drawers when unpacked. The box was not damaged so my guess it was damaged before packaged.

I was very dissatisfied with Marks and Spencer. Delivery men would not take drawers to my bedroom. It stated in your website they would deliver to a room of my choice. So I am returning the item.

I already have other pieces I had bought a lot earlier, unfortunately when it was delivered it had 2 lines across the top so had to have it returned. M&S were very quick to arrange a replacement. But the more I look at it , it is far whiter then the rest of the set so , kept thinking it would be ok but friends have said it doesn’t match so regrettably I think I will have to cancel the replacement.

I have other items in this range which are of superior quality. The delivery to room only without unpacking cost me a further £40 privately. I will not order furniture from M&S again
